Anne offers individual and relationship therapy. Relationship therapy includes couples, families, co-workers, groups, and romantic configurations of all kinds.
She additionally offers intensives for people who want a 1-3 time session opportunity to delve deeply into your work and/or you experienced an incident to work through. Intensives are 2-3 hours depending on the time needed.

Anne is a Washington state certified clinical supervisor and enjoys supporting counselors in training and seasoned therapists.

Anne works with somatic, emotional, and cognitive intelligences and has experience in somatic experiencing, attachment theory, systems theory, the Enneagram, Beyond Inclusion, Beyond Empowerment: A Developmental Strategy to Liberate Everyone, and the Polyvagal theory. Together we find the approach that works best for you utilizing your resilience, strength, and joys.

Ketamine therapy and integration for all psychedelics. Anne is a graduate of the Integrative Psychiatry Institute and supports integration of psychedelic medicines previously used recreationally and / or unskillful journey sessions.

Billing
​
Anne is intentionally not on any insurance panels. However, Anne is more than willing to provide a superbill. If you are interested in knowing what your “out of network” policy will cover, contact your insurance provider.
Anne provides a sliding scale for those who do not have or utilize insurance. Payment is to be provided at each session. The full rate for individuals is $185, romantic relationships $200, and family/group/work mediation is $300-500 depending on the size of group. Somatic Experiencing intensives are $200 per hour and the fee will be dependent on the amount of time together.
